Between body lotions and body butter I will always choose the second one. I think the body lotions are too water-rich and the amount of water they contain varies depending on the country of manufacture. Unfortunately, for most of the body lotions the amount of water used in it is quite high, which is why it no longer hydrates the skin well.
As I said before I prefer body butters: shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut butter, etc. Why? Well, because it does not contain water, only vegetable oils and oils that moisturize intensely, leaving a soft and smooth skin. Because of the fatty texture, body butters are generally recommended to be applied to the damp skin just after you go out of the shower. My skin it’s not dry, so I mostly use it in the cold season and I prefer shea butter because of the vitamins it contains: A, E, F. Vitamin A and E have an important role in moisturizing the skin, and vitamin E restores damaged skin tissue such as scratches or spots. It can also be used outside the cold season if you have dry skin and require hydration throughout the year.
I don’t know about you, but I usually change my body butter because I’m looking for a different odor. The good side is that I found out about ZOYA. And they have four different combinations: Shea, Shea with argan oil, Shea with lavender oil and Shea with cacao butter
Each assortment of butter contains natural oils and it has different odor, so you will never get bored of it. Another added benefit of Zoya’s body butters is that are 100% organic. They do not contain parabens, SLS, or other chemicals that over time have harmful effects on the skin.
THE 4 TYPES OF THE SHEA I WAS TELLING YOU ABOUT, CAN BE FIND IN 90 GR VERSION ONLY.
